70% of the principals for our show are shit and don’t deserve the role.

30% of them don’t care that they have the part. 

60% can’t even be bothered turning up to rehearsal, for example, one of our main cast wasn’t there for almost 5 weeks, got told she was going to lose the part, turned up to ONE rehearsal and she’s getting to keep the part. 

How is that fair? 

I’ve been at this group for 6 fucking years. Going to NZ for a month was the most rehearsals I’d missed in those 6 years. I had been working up for this DREAM role since I was 5. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to be Eponine. ALWAYS.

Yet some girl who has NO dedication and doesn’t give a shit that she has the part gets it?

Fucking favouritism. 
I hope the show is utter SHIT.  

I fucking hate musical theatre sometimes.
